Dear brothers, I invite you to join me at the Conscious Wolf Retreat For Men

In this incomparable 3 day journey of profound self-development, we will create a container to move together from our personal intentions towards a collective vision of collaboration and community. 

We will dive deep into our shadows - connecting to our personal, relational and ancestral wounds for the opportunity for  heal and release what may have been holding us back from stepping into our whole, fully integrated and empowered Self. 

We will use a combination of trauma-informed somatic, neo-tantric, and shamanic practices through rituals and ceremonies to bring us back into connection and harmony within ourselves and our relationships.

This journey is not for beginners to Mens Work nor is it for the faint of heart. 

It is intended for those men who have the courage and the vulnerability to look honestly within themselves, and to acknowledge patterns, actions and experiences that are no longer working in their lives. It is from this longing that their deep desire to change emerges-to  redefine and reconnect to themselves, their relationships, their work, and their community. 

A being on a sacred journey developed after years of struggle, committed to finding deeper meaning in himself and in the world through practices to deepen and refine self-awareness, which break unhealthy habits and rewire old survival patterns. 

What is a Conscious Wolf? 

He carried all of this weight, this gross materia obscura ( heavy dark matter) until he cannot take it any longer. So driven by his discontent for the status quo and a deep longing for personal acceptance and self-love; he commits himself to his own salvation by choosing the path of conscious individuation.

By doing so he chooses to challenge societal norms, take greater personal responsibility and embrace the struggles of personal development and growth. Over time he develops clarity and discernment along with his own intuitive, experiential, spiritual, emotional and physical bodies.

Combining these elements he connects to his life force energy, his intellect, his heart and his passion and joy for life to reveal him Self. From this sacred alchemy he moves in life with openness, passion, balance, humility and gratitude.

He is able to stand on his own AND be supported on his journey by a group of experienced and trusted brothers, whose collective wisdom help to inspire, guide and support him as he challenges conventional authority, struggles with his own personal demons, deepens his personal relationships, and works to develop his abilities and skills to turn his vision into reality.

The conscious wolf follows his sacred calling in the world, while working towards standing as a securely attached, whole empowered, and embodied man in healthy relationships with others and society. 

He is able to listen, be present and discerning - acting appropriately with conscious, loving kindness, joy, playfulness and equanimity. He is in alignment and in harmony with himself, his family, his community and all the natural world.
